PARIS - THURSDAY, MARCH 31, 2011 - LES NOUVEAUX CONSTRUCTEURS, a leading residential and
commercial real estate developer, today released its earning report for the year ended December 31, 2010. The
2010 financial statements, which have been approved by the Management Board, were reviewed by the
Supervisory Board on Friday, March 25, 2011. The consolidated accounts have been audited and the auditors are
issuing their report.
